Hello,

My name is Gail McCallister and I am the founder of “A Touch of Country

Sweets”. I live in the hills of the Wild and Wonderful West Virginia where crafting has always been a part of my life. As a child, I have fond memories making homemade gifts at Christmas-time for my family. Mom and Dad always taught me the value of a dollar, not to waste and to work hard. So, between 3 sisters and me we had a lot of imagination and determination.

I am a wife (of 1 man), a mother (of 1 daughter), and a dreamer (forever). I have been crafting for most of my life and it doesn’t matter how many jobs I’ve had over the years, I always come back to what I love. It’s always been a dream

of mine to work out of my home, set my own time and be my own boss. With being obsessed with decorating my home and others too, now I can share my talents with you!

Thanks to my wonderful supportive husband of 30 years who has helped me in every project I conger up. For taking my ideas from paper and watching it come to life. From furniture making to helping pack the van for a show, thanks honey for all you do for me.

Thanks to my wonderful daughter Holly who is always honest with me (if she likes it… if she doesn’t), from paper work to computer work, for all her help between college and friends and her own job. Thanks sweetie.

We are a small-based business paying close attention to detail and value. Customer satisfaction is our goal and every customer is appreciated more than you’ll ever know. I have added a lot of other products, in addition to what I do, to expand and grow my business!

Thank YOU so much for stopping by. Sit back, Relax, Browse around and be sure to visit my quest book and let me know what you think!

 Country Blessings
